Where dolls become babies, Doll Dreams specializes in reborn doll kits and reborn doll supplies. Doll Dreams has everything you need for your very own reborn baby doll.
In 2005 in cooperation with Puppen-Traumland GbR , Germany we brought out our new line "Little Dreams Collection". All Kit's in this collection are made in Germany*. Our business consist of, Linda Skievaski President, Robert Skievaski as Vice President, our 3 Children, Suzanne, Kirsten and Jean. As well as a number of dilingent employees.
Doll Dreams is devoted to the highest quality and provides reborn doll kits from some of the best reborning artists in the world. All doll kits feature high quality detailed phthalate-free vinyl head and limbs for you to assemble your reborn baby doll.
Announcement
All sales are considered final. This includes any initial payments made for an item listed as "pre-order". When a pre-order is nearing its ship date you will receive an invoice requesting the remainder of the balance. If this payment is not received within 14 days your order will be forfeited.
We do not offer any refunds unless all of the following are true:
1) The part is proven to be defective.
2) You have notified us within 7 days of delivery of the problem.
3) A suitable replacement part is unavailable.
4) You must contact us and receive an RA# before sending the item back.
5) Defected Merchandise has to be returned to us, before we exchange or refund your money. For defected Merchandise we will pay return shipping cost.
6)In some cases ( like buyers remorse) a restocking fee of 15% will apply and shipping charges will not
be refunded.
Our delivery department makes the utmost effort to insure that all orders are packed securely and our quality control team confirms that the outgoing items match up with their respective invoices. Still, to ere is human and we realize that mistakes do indeed occasionally happen. When your kit arrives, please check that it includes: Head, Right Arm, Left Arm, Right Leg, Left Leg. Also check if you received what you ordered.
If you do notice a discrepancy, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can rectify the problem. This must be done within 7 days of receipt. Parts that have been altered in any way will not be accepted for replacement.
No one is perfect, and this includes doll-kit's. All kits have minor defects within the vinyl; this is completely natural and due to the nature of the mold and the original sculpture used to create it. As such, these differences are considered naturally intrinsic to the nature of the reborn kit and will not ultimately be recognized as defective by us.

All products are examined for manufacturing defect prior to leaving our facility. If you do experience a problem when your order arrives please inform us so we can promptly rectify the situation. All returns MUST be in an unaltered, restockable state. Problems that arise due to folding, spindling, mutilating, overheating, or any other mishandling are not the responsibility of Doll Dreams and any return that exhibits these qualities will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.
Please note:
For painting we recommend LDC Specially Reborn Colors. The paint is a high quality acrylic water based and was developed specifically for vinyl dolls. Best of all the paint dries in the air and no heating is required. Please visit the tutorial section of our site to learn more.
If you not using LDC paint and must heat the doll many of our artists have had success not going above 250° F. We do not recommend this process as temperature can be difficult to control. Variables such as humidity and altitude can wildly affect oven temperatures and even the most experienced artist can misjudge these things, resulting in a ruined doll. Protect your work and eliminate an unnecessary additional step to your hard work by investing in LDC Specially Reborn Colors.
